Our Pigs in Blankets are chicken sausages from our gourmet range that have been wrapped in short Pork Rind (Pork Rind Rolls are also available on this site on their own), then slow roasted in their own juices ensuring mouth-watering taste in every bite. They are a shorter version of our Sausage Rolls. These were both developed in specialist kitchens by an ex-gourmet chef who moved sideways into animal treats! A real favourite with our 4-legged friends.
