These are made from 100% natural Pork Skin that has simply been rolled, cut and gently air dried in convenient 20cm lengths. Gluten free with no artificial colourings, fragrances, flavourings, additives or preservatives, they are great for working those jaw muscles, and are also a source of collagen, B Vitamins and minerals including zinc. Quite high in fat, but with a good percentage of protein, they are perhaps a now & then treat, interspersed with others with different nutritional benefits, as healthy fats in moderation can help maintain the health of the gut lining, and this is important for nutrient absorption and immune function.
