All goods remain the property of Wellington Pet (Devon) ltd until paid for.
Settlement within 28 days on Trade Credit Accounts, after which we reserve the right to charge interest at 2% weekly on overdue balances
Retail orders and Non Credit Trade accounts must be paid for before dispatch.
Any discrepancy with your order must be notified within 48 hrs of delivery.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a returns policy within 14 days of receipt of your order. Refunds for the full value of the order will only be given if the product is unopened & still in its original packaging on its return. Anything opened can be returned by prior agreement, but only the returned weight will be refunded. NB Frozen products cannot be returned.
Return postage is paid for by the customer, except where there is evidence of a faulty or incorrect product being supplied. In those cases, we will send you a free return Parcelforce label.
Please allow up to 14 days after sending your order back for the return to be processed.
